Jorge Chui is the only fully qualified doctor in Guatemala City's bomberos voluntarios, a volunteer firefighting and ambulance service that has operated in South and Latin America since the mid-1950's. These men and women work day and night in some of the most ill-equipped and violent cities in the world.
