Rice, maize and cassava are three crops vital to global nutrition. For this project, three Reportage photographers - Brent Stirton, Juan Arredondo, and Toby Smith - teamed up with the Crop Trust, a non-profit organization charged with preserving crop biodiversity, to show the essential role these crops play in the lives and livelihoods of people around the world.
