Visa Pour l’Image, the premier international festival of photojournalism that is held in Perpignan, France will present Ed Ou with the 2011 City of Perpignan Young Reporter award. He won this prestigious honor for his work documenting the child soldiers in Somalia that ran as a cover story for The New York Times. This is the 6th time this honor has been awarded. The award will be presented to Ed in Perpignan on September 2, 2011. Congratulations Ed!
