The Photography Masters Cup, the international award honoring color photography, has announced Marco Di Lauro as its second place winner this year for photojournalism for his work of the Medical Emergency Response Team in Afghanistan. He had been nominated for several of his bodies of work including Haiti and the Niger Food Crisis. There were a total of 11,321 entries received from 83 countries around the world and Marco's work received a very high percentage of votes overall.
