Visa Pour l'Image Festival 2008

Visa Pour I'Image Festival to exhibit their recent award winning work to festival attendees from Saturday, 30 August to Sunday, 21 September.

Brent Stirton will be exhibiting his award-winning images of the gorilla massacres in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Among other aspects of the Congo, Brent's thought-provoking images highlight the disturbing story around the battle to protect these endangered animals.

images from all the events and changes in Afghanistan and are a testament to the awards Paula has won.

As part of the festival's official programme, a screening of John Moore's work on Pakistan, culminating in the assassination of Benazir Bhutto, will be shown. John Moore is the recent recipient of two 2008 World Press Photo Spot News Category awards and the prestigious Robert Capa Gold Medal.
